Overall Role: Provide the data layer, specifications, and evaluation framework so teams focus
on GenAI development—not data plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
● Publish data services and APIs for each problem statement
● Prepare test data sets and define expected outputs
● Develop clear functional specs and sample scenarios
● Create judging rubrics, run calibration sessions, and score submissions
a. Data Services
● Source, clean, and anonymize datasets
● Deploy REST/GraphQL endpoints for data access
● Document data dictionaries and usage examples
b. Specifications
● Define input/output formats, success criteria, edge cases
● Supply sample code snippets and reference implementations
c. Evaluation & Testing
● Produce test data and expected result sets for automated checks
● Train judges on scoring rubrics (innovation, technical quality, impact)
● Aggregate scores, rank teams, and recommend prize winners
