Overall Role: Manage on-site guest experience, facilities, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure seamless hospitality, safety, and tech readiness

a. Welcome & Registration
● Greet attendees, verify badges, and distribute kits
● Handle on-site check-in and attendance tracking

b. Travel & Parking
● Coordinate shuttles and reimbursements
● Manage vehicle permits and traffic flow

c. Coordination & Helpdesk
● Serve as central incident-response hub
● Resolve logistics questions in real time

d. Food & Refreshments
● Oversee catering schedules and dietary accommodations

e. Audio Visual & Seating
● Set up projectors, sound systems, and livestream gear
● Design seating for talks, workshops, and demo areas

f. Hackathon Tech Check
● Validate Wi-Fi, power, badge access, and network security before kickoff
