Overall Role: Ensure timely, tailored messaging to executives, participants, and VIPs.

Key Responsibilities:
● Centralize announcements via email, SMS, and in-app channels
● Customize messaging per stakeholder group

a.CEO’s Invitation & Outreach
● Research and compile list of top IT CEOs across India
● Coordinate with AP Govt IT Ministry for invitee approvals
● Send invitations, track RSVPs, and manage confirmations

b. Participants Communication
● Verify each team’s eligibility based on past GenAI performance
● Send guidelines, schedules, and reminders from qualification through arrival
● Operate a helpdesk for participant queries

c. IPS/Guest Communication
● Manage invitations and briefing materials for government officials and VIPs
● Arrange security clearances, itineraries, and on-site support
