Key Responsibilities:
● Develop integrated marketing strategies and campaign calendars
● Coordinate content creation and approval workflows
● Manage both digital channels (social, web) and physical signage

a. Media Planning
● Define target audiences, budgets, and ad schedules
● Negotiate placement rates with platforms and publishers
● Monitor campaign performance and ROI

b. Content (with Approval)
● Produce blog posts, social captions, press briefs
● Design infographics and one-pagers
● New: Establish content approval checkpoints

c. Physical
● Design placement of on-site signage and banners
● Approve signage vendor/partner
● Manage printing, installation, and removal logistics

d. Social
● Maintain posting cadence on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
● Engage community with polls, challenges, live Q&A
● Track metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth

e. Audio Visual
● Script, film, and edit promo videos
● Set up livestream for keynotes and demos
● Archive recordings for post-event publishing

f. Web site
● Publish landing pages, event schedules, FAQs
● Integrate registration and submission forms
● Ensure mobile responsiveness and analytics tracking
