Planning & Coordination

This is the core team that manages and supports all other committees.

Overall Role:
● Oversee end-to-end event logistics, timelines, and resource alignment
● Coordinate between 4SightAI volunteers, police liaisons, venue partners, and all
sub-teams

Key Responsibilities:
● Assign tasks and track completion using shared dashboards
● Liaise with Andhra Pradesh government and police for permits, security, and protocol
● Secure venue, signage, seating, and on-site wayfinding
● Manage volunteer schedules, risk logs, and escalation procedures
● Provide & validate use cases (formerly 5.b):
○ Source and curate problem statements
○ Prepare test data and expected results
○ Evaluate hackathon solutions
○ Issue participation certificates and distribute prizes
